Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat rate of €3.95 per order for shipping costs.

From an order value of € 30.00 we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

All EU member states (except Germany): €7.25
From an order value of 30,00 € we deliver abroad free of shipping costs.

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 – 3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 – 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
